RETURNS POLICY

How  much time do I have to return a product to Nofeka?

  • Our return policy lasts 15 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 15 days have passed after your purchase.
  • Example: If you received your item from Nofeka Uganda on 10th, you have until 25th to contact Nofeka Customer Service.
  • NOTE: If you have a defective item, please note that you have 15 days to return your product. We do not accept returns after this time period has passed. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer if the product is covered by a warranty.

During pick-up or drop off, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Category Conditions
Correct Product The article number, serial number, brand, image, name, IMEI, or bar code must all be same, and the MRP tag must be attached and plainly visible.
Complete Product All included items (such as the instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, remote control, and starting kits), combos, and freebies (where applicable) should be present.
Unused Product The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, stain-free, and with all quality check or warranty labels intact (wherever applicable). Prior to returning a laptop, tablet, or phone, it should be formatted and the screen lock turned off (pin, fingerprint, or pattern). iCloud lock must be disabled on Apple devices.
Undamaged Product The product (including port/headphone port, back panel, and SIM trays/charging) should be in good condition and free of dents, tears, holes, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging The original packaging or box of the product should be intact.

The Nofeka Agent will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

How do I send my product to Nofeka Uganda?

  • After your return request is approved, you will get the shipping instructions from Nofeka Customer Service Center.

How do I track my return status?

  • We'll keep you informed about the progress of your return by email and SMS.. For any inquiries contact us at support@nofeka.ug

Is my product under warranty?

  • If a product is covered by warranty, we always disclose this on the product page. For any inquiries contact us at support@nofeka.ug

How will I be notified if my returned goods are not eligible for a refund?

  • If your return is deemed invalid, we will contact you to discuss the situation and return the item(s). The delivery of the items will be arranged by us.
  • "Take note that we will make three (3) complimentary attempts to return the items to you. However, after three(3) unsuccessful efforts, we shall cancel the return and store the product in our warehouse for up to fifteen (15) days until collection. If you do not collect the item within these fifteen (15) days, it will be considered forfeit and will be disposed of in line with Ugandan law."

I received something I didn't order. What should I do now?

  • Please check that the item provided is in good condition and reject if it does not match your purchase when it arrives. If you accept it from the delivery agent, you still have 15 days to return it.

Is it necessary for me to return all items in my order?

  • No, you do not have to return your entire order, you can return any free promotional items or gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item.

Can I return an item after the return deadline has passed?

  • Regrettably, beyond the 15-day return period, returns are not permitted. For any inquiries contact us at support@nofeka.ug. If you have a problem after our return/exchange time has expired, you may claim your warranty (if applicable) from the brand's authorized service center.

What should I do if a product I wish to exchange is either sold out or unavailable?

  • You will have to return your product, within the 15 working days after the delivery, and place a new order when it becomes available again. For any inquiries contact us at support@nofeka.ug.

Is it necessary for me to return the promotional gift when I return a product?

  • Yes, any promotional gift must be returned as well.

Do I have to pay for return shipping if I return an item?

  • There are no charges for shipping a product back to Nofeka Uganda.

What if I receive a package that is missing an item?

  • We shall be accountable solely if the missing item is reported immediately. Please verify that all of the above-mentioned products (What's in the box) have been delivered during pickup/delivery.
