You need to know how to get a brand approved for you

1. For brands on the list below, you must contact support@nofeka.ug and provide all of the necessary documentation to prove that you are authorized to sell their products.
2. There is no need for an authorization for brands that are not on this list.

Products that violate intellectual property laws will be removed from the marketplace. Nofeka has a vested interest in keeping its website free of products that violate intellectual property rights because they undermine the confidence of both buyers and sellers.

All third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, are respected by Nofeka, which actively supports the protection of these rights. Clear notices of infringement of intellectual property are handled quickly by our company, and we take them very seriously.

If we receive proper notice of intellectual property infringement, our response will include removing or disabling access to material that is alleged to be infringing. We encourage you to review ourTerms and Conditions.

How do I file a complaint about a listing?

This procedure can be followed by anyone who believes that one of our sellers has violated their Intellectual Property Rights. The Intellectual Property right owner or an authorized representative must provide the following information and email it to support@nofeka.ug. Information such as the following should be included in the email message.

1. Identification or description of the allegedly infringing copyrighted or trademarked work(s).
2. In order to prove your claim of copyright infringement on www.nofeka.ug, it is necessary to provide a precise location of the allegedly infringing material. Infringing products' product IDs and website links (in case of copyright infringement). Note: Nofeka is unable to process requests that do not specify exact product IDs or URLs. Please do not include links to pages you've already visited or search terms you've used because these pages are dynamic and their content changes over time.
3. Your address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement from you that you believe the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law is sufficient evidence to support your claim.
5. You certify that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
