Nofeka Anti-Counterfeiting Policy
ANTI-COUNTERFEITING POLICY
The products available for purchase on Nofeka must be genuine and authentic. Counterfeit products are not allowed on the platform. Failure to follow this policy may result in the termination of selling privileges, withholding of money, and the disposal of stock kept in our warehouses.
It is the responsibility of each seller and supplier to find, sell, and deliver only genuine products. Fakes, copies, products that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured and products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others are strictly prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate your Nofeka selling and dispose of any counterfeit products in our fulfillment centers at your expense if you sell or supply counterfeit products.
Furthermore, we do not pay sellers until we are certain that our consumers have got the genuine goods they requested. If we discover that a Nofeka account has been used to sell counterfeit goods, commit fraud, or participate in other illegal behavior, we may withhold payments.
We also collaborate with copyright holders and law enforcement agencies across the world to pursue and support legal action against sellers and suppliers who willfully breach this policy and cause harm to our customers.
Sellers and providers of counterfeit products may face civil penalties, including the loss of any funds gained from the sale of counterfeit products, the damage or loss suffered by the rights holders, statutory and other damages, and attorney's fees, in addition to criminal fines and imprisonment.
Nofeka strives to provide our consumers with a secure purchasing experience. By selling on Nofeka, you agree to the following terms:
- Counterfeit products are strictly not allowed on the platform
- You may not sell any unauthorized products, such as those that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or made.
- If Nofeka requests it, you must submit records proving the authenticity of your products.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the loss of selling privileges, withholding of money, inventory destruction at our fulfillment centers, and other legal penalties.
