FAQs for the Nofeka Marketplace

    The Nofeka Marketplace is a carefully curated selection of products and brands that our highly engaged customer base will enjoy. Our aspirational, fashion-forward customers can now shop from a curated selection of the world's most interesting brands.

    It's a marketplace, so everything listed here is a marketplace product.

    In order to process Nofeka Marketplace orders, all information gathered is subject to the Nofeka Privacy Policy (https://nofeka.ug/pages/privacy-policy). Nofeka Uganda is the sole owner of the personal information collected during the course of fulfilling your order, including any payment information.

    Shipping:
    In most cases, your Nofeka Marketplace purchases will be shipped directly from the Nofeka Uganda warehouse and arrive within 1-3 business days of purchase. There is also an option for same-day delivery.

    Returns:
    Only by contacting the Nofeka Uganda Support Team at support@nofeka.ug can you return any unused, unopened, or defective products. Returns must be made within 15 days of the order's shipment date to be eligible for credit. The cost of shipping is not refundable.


    After your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive an email from Nofeka Uganda asking for your feedback on the quality of our products and services.
